Plasia does not introduce something new.
It reveals what has not yet been integrated.
What we call “fragmentation” is not a lack of knowledge, but a lack of coherence in how it is held.
The framework below reveals how coherence is restored within relational systems.

At the center lies a field of relational coherence.
This field is not static.
It continuously moves between two directions:
- Integration — the inward movement restoring coherence
- Expression — the outward movement through which coherence becomes visible
This movement is guided through a continuous process of:
- Diagnosis
- Signaling
- Intervention
All held together by attunement.
What becomes visible at the surface are four interconnected dimensions:
- Communication
- Behavior
- Energy
- Outcomes
Rather than acting on these directly,
the model works by restoring coherence in the underlying relational field.
From there, change does not need to be forced.
It emerges.
This is not a method, but a condition.
