For a long time, I noticed that many forms of fragmentation were not caused by a lack of intelligence, knowledge, or effort.
Something else seemed to happen beneath the surface of interaction.
People stopped feeling one another.
Systems stopped learning.
Communication became increasingly disconnected from what was actually present.
The more complex the environment became, the more difficult it became to restore coherence from within the interaction itself.
Over time, I began exploring whether fragmentation follows underlying relational patterns long before it becomes visible as conflict, burnout, polarization, or disconnection.
Not only in organizations or relationships.
But also within individuals.
Within families.
Within teams.
Within institutions.
And within the way modern systems shape human interaction itself.
The New World of Plasia emerged from that observation.
Not as a fixed ideology or method.
But as an ongoing exploration into relational coherence, attunement, fragmentation, and the conditions under which systems begin to learn again.
Some things cannot be solved only through more information.
Sometimes coherence must first be restored within the field of interaction itself.
